Happy #ThirstyIn3DThursday! Hope the cold weather and snowy days haven’t been keeping you down this week! It sure hasn’t stopped me from creating new drink-ware and #ARTin3D ideas for her customers! Check out in this week’s new vlog! I will be taking you behind the scenes into my art studio, I will share some of my challenges, introduce you to a new team member and more!
Keep sending in photos of you enjoying your Britoni B drink-ware! We love to see our happy clients and want to feature you in our weekly blog/vlogs :-)
My art studio is set up in parent’s formal living room at their home which I have turned into a mini sweat-shop! It’s great to be working at home with such convenience, but the I have faced several challenges getting situated: LIGHTING. There are two windows that allows a minimal amount of natural light into the room which I paints in. My solution? I found a Full Spectrum Lamp, which helps create natural light in the daytime and during the long night hours in which I am painting.
In addition, focusing on my posture while painting for countless hours day in and day out, is a must! I mean, I do not want to look like a Humpback Woman when I older! I am dishing out some of the details on how I manage this issue. Several hours a day I wear a Clavicle Support in order to keep her shoulders back, my neck inline and it also helps me to sit with a straight back. My family gifted me with a Yoga Exercise Ball Chair for my birthday (and I also helps so that my booty doesn’t go numb while painting… hehe ;)) Can’t you just picture me bouncing away at 2am after working all day on some drink-ware?! So much fun and highly recommended!
I am also sharing some behind-the-scenes drink-ware that aren’t quite complete, just to give you a sneak peak of what I have in store for you! Keep in mind, I always LOVE any and all suggestions for new designs!
Introducing the newest member to the Britoni B team, is Robin, a free lance artist! I have known Robin for a very long time, we actually studied art in high school together and Robin was delighted when asked to help me paint some of of my copyrighted designs on glasses! She’s a very talented girl and excited to be on board! Robin owns a few of Britoni B glasses herself, so she knows what to expect when it comes to work time! Welcome, Robin!
